Cole is a graduate of Auburn University of Montgomery where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science with a minor in Chemistry. He brings 16 years of experience in potable water system design, wastewater treatment and disposal, and solid waste permitting and inspections. Cole has considerable experience designing individual on-site sewer systems, de-centralized wastewater treatment, collection and disposal systems, and works with ADPH and ADEM on permitting. Specifically, Cole has experience in deep water wells, water tank construction, various wastewater treatment systems, landfill operation and closure, gas monitoring and extraction systems, HELP Model analysis, geosynthetics, groundwater sampling and monitoring, stormwater permitting, BMP implementation and maintenance, and complete environmental site assessments.
