Steven Speaks, son of Larry, began working with his dad in the summer of 1980 when he was 16 years old. After he earned a bachelor of science in business administration from Auburn, he added a bachelor of science in civil engineering to his resume. Greg Gillian joined the company in 1986 after completing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Auburn University.
