Greg graduated from John M. Patterson State Technical College where he received an associate degree in drafting and design. He joined Speaks & Associates in 2002 and has over 35 years of construction and design experience of potable rural water systems. Greg also has experience in roadway design and inspections and sewer system design. System designs include water distribution mains, water treatment facilities and ground or elevated water tanks. He is competent in construction management, cost estimating, submittals and approvals, and preparation of construction specifications. Greg works with local municipalities, water authority boards, and city and/or county engineers to deliver such water systems.
