Tina has been with the company since 2005 and offers over 18 years of professional experience in National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting and wetland delineations and permitting. She is experienced in construction and industrial stormwater permitting, including accompanying Best Management Practices (BMP) and Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) plans, mining permitting and reclamation, and general BMP implementation and maintenance. She works closely with the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) and can maintain all permit information as well as negotiate and resolve enforcement actions. She also obtains reviews from the US Fish & Wildlife Service, performs surveys of endangered species, prepares Alabama Historic Commission project reviews, and conducts testing for ADEM Air Division permits. Tina is a Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Control (CPESC) and is an active member of the International Erosion Control Association as well as the Alabama Soil & Water Conservation Society.
