We were engaged by the City of Montgomery to replace the bridge culvert at the junction of South Decatur Street and Winnie Street. This culvert had been in place since the early 90’s. We provided construction engineering and inspections associated with the replacement. Specifically, construction material testing (CMT) services, geotechnical engineering support, and observation and monitoring during foundation construction.
